I Want MORE Rewards Points Program
Effective March 10, MORE! Rewards changed.
Nothing earned is expiring, earning cycle changes.
Due to Diamond Comics Distribution’s bankruptcy, we are forced to change our internal systems. We selected software that will be the best fit, but it does not support a rewards program. We are committed to continuing the MORE! Rewards program, even with extra manual efforts, and with the following changes.
- Rewards are now earned based upon your monthly purchases. We must manually apply rewards, and we will apply these monthly by the 7th of the month.
- Rewards are now a store credit, non-transferable and without any cash value. Rewards can be used for any purchase except gift cards.
- Rewards are added to your account based upon the amount earned in the previous month and can be applied as payment at checkout.
- Rewards are earned on the following scale, and the amount spent does not include purchases of gift cards or taxes/shipping charges paid.
o Spend $100.00 to $199.99 – Earn $5 Reward
o Spend $200.00 to $249.99 – Earn $10 Reward
o Spend $250.00 to $499.99 – Earn $25 Reward
o Spend $500.00 to $749.99 – Earn $75 Reward
o Spend $750.00 to $999.99 – Earn $100 Reward
o Spend $1000.00 or over – Earn $150 Reward
- Rewards do not expire
- No longer are there two classes of product categories to earn (where one category earned half points). All purchases earn the same value now.
- Previous points earned prior to March 10 will be converted to a reward by March 17. If you wish to use them before then, please see a manager or owner and we can redeem them right away.
This is our best effort to retain the MORE! Rewards program with the loss of the software. We will monitor this program to create the best experience for the customer and the business.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Items on sale accumulate no points.
- Reward discounts are not available for on sale items.
- Membership in the rewards account is a privilege and not guaranteed. Rewards accounts can be cancelled and revoked in the event of customers actions that are considered to be detrimental to our business or for harassment of our staff.
