July 2026 - Terminal

Terminal #1
(W) Joe Casey, Robert Kirkman (A) Andy Kubert (CA) Andy Kubert, Dave McCaig

Welcome to Terminal, Marilyn Howe. Hope you survive the experience.

The one and only Robert Kirkman is back with a new superhero series, teaming up with legends like Joe Casey, Andy Kubert, David Finch, and Arthur Adams.

Two warring factions of superhumans are battling for the planet, both blurring the line between good and evil. We meet Marilyn Howe, whose search for her sister, Alessandria, brings her front and center into this hidden war between titans.

I got to check out the first issue of this series earlier this year. Terminal feels like getting into a new model from a car brand you've always loved. A lot of the surroundings feel familiar. You feel in control, and there's a real comfort in knowing what you like. However, this new model takes everything you loved about your old car and makes it smoother, sexier, and more engaging. It takes what you thought was top of the line and exposes you to an even higher standard.

If you're a fan of Uncanny X-Men or Invincible, the presentation and overall feel will be familiar. That's intentional - it lets you jump right into the action. It's also designed to change things up the moment you start feeling too comfortable.

The storytelling power here is obvious, and the art is genuinely incredible. I welcome you to jump in and join me on what is sure to be a wild, chaotic joyride of superhero mayhem.
